Grilled chicken seasoned with fajita seasoning, cheeses, peppers and onions in a flour tortilla. Cut into 1/6ths and each one is 135 calories.

Recipe Ingredients for chicken quesidillas

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 1/4 ounce seasoning mix fajita
2 red bell peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
8 flour tortillas
8 ounce shredded Cheddar cheese
8 ounce shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Recipe Directions for chicken quesidillas

  1. Cut up chicken. Put in pan and add fajita seasoning. mix it and start cooking the chicken. When 1/2 way cooked, add chopped onions and peppers. cook until chicken is done. Take off heat.

  2. Put 1 tortilla in cake or pie pan. Put 1/4 of the cheddar cheese on the bottom.

  3. Next add 1/4 of the chicken mixture.

  4. Then add 1/4 of the Monterey Jack cheese.

  5. Top with one more tortilla.

  6. Cook 425 for 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown.
