very yummy and spicy...oh, it's sacrilege to cook these in the oven. You're supposed to cook them in a skillet, like a grilled cheese sandwich!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Quesadillas, lo-fat and lo-carb

1 tortilla
1 ounce kraft natural shredded cheese
1/4 cup chicken breast, cut up
1 pepper jalapeno
1 plum tomato

Recipe Directions for Chicken Quesadillas, lo-fat and lo-carb

  1. Layer tortilla with chicken, jalapeno, cheese and tomato.

  2. Pace in a hot skillet (sprayed with Pam) and fry until golden brown on each side, and cheese is melted. Eat and enjoy.

  3. Can be kept warm in a 250 to 300 degree oven while you fry up more!
