Chicken, mexican cheese, and high fiber, low carb flour tortilla.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Quesadilla

1 tortilla Tortilla Wraps

Recipe Directions for Chicken Quesadilla

  1. Bake one pound of boneless skinless chicken breast in oven for 15 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.

  2. Chop chicken and place in pan to mix with Taco seasoning (follow directions on packet of seasoning).

  3. Remove chicken from pan and set heat to medium.

  4. Place tortilla on pan and lightly brown each side.

  5. Place mexican cheese on tortilla followed by prepared chicken.

  6. Fold tortilla in half once cheese begins to melt and serve.
