A healthy quesadilla that can be eaten as an appitzer or a main dish

Recipe Ingredients for chicken quesadilla

1 tortilla Soft Taco 8" Flour tortillas 20ct
1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.8 oz Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 tbsp chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for chicken quesadilla

  1. Lay tortilla flat

  2. put shredded cheese on 1/2 tortilla

  3. layer onions, shredded cooked chicken breast, and tomatoes on top of cheese

  4. add any spices you like (red pepper flakes are awesome)

  5. add a little more cheese

  6. bake at 425 for 7 minutes, flip and bake for 2 more minutes. Cut into fourths and enjoy!
