Flour Tortilla filled with grilled chicken, cheese & veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Quesadilla

1 Flour Tortilla
1/2 Cooked Chicken Breast
1/4 cup Green Peppers
1/4 cup Chopped Onions
1/4 cup Tomatoes
1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tablespoon Salsa
1 tablespoon Fat Free Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Chicken Quesadilla

  1. Fry chicken and onions in pan sprayed with Pam spray. Meanwhile fill 1/2 tortilla shell with mushrooms, green peppers, & tomatoes.

  2. Add chicken and onions and then drizzle salsa over everything. Top with Cheese and then close tortilla shell in half.

  3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes until slightly browned. Serve with sour cream.
