Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pyramids

2 chicken breast
8 Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 cup fat-free sour cream
8 ounce neufchatel cheese
1/2 medium onion, diced

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pyramids

  1. Dry pan-fry chicken breasts and onions

  2. Melt together sour cream and neufchatel cheese

  3. Stir in chicken and onions

  4. Using 2 crescent rolls (triangle shaped to make a square) package some of the chicken mixture into the rolls and fold corners up to form pyramid shape. Bake according to crescent roll directions.
