1 yellow pepper, diced
2 1/2 cups broccoli, chopped
2 cups carrots, chopped
3 cups bean sprouts
3 tbsps soy sauce
3 tbsps olive oil
2 breasts chicken
24 shrimp
1/2 onion, diced
2 cups mushrooms, chopped
