Recipe Ingredients for chicken potato casserole

10 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
8 oz Light Sour Cream
0.25 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
28 oz Shredded Hash Browns
13 chips Sour Cream and Onion Potato Chips
24 oz 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar
1 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for chicken potato casserole

  1. In med. bowl, combine soup, sour cream, milk, chicken, 1 3/4 c cheddar cheese, hash browns, (onions, peppers) spinach.

  2. Mix together and transfer to a greased 2-qrt casserole dish.

  3. Top with remaining cheese and crushed chips.

  4. Option: cover and freeze up to 6 months

  5. Preheat oven to 375, lightly cover and bake FROZEN casserole for 35-40 min.

  6. Uncover, bake 25o-30 minutes.
