Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Potato Bake

4 medium (2-1/4" to 2-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
12 ounces Boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
6 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Churn Style Soft
6 tsp Chicken Stock
2 medium Onions
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Potato Bake

  1. Chop potatoes, onion, and chicken into bite size pieces.

  2. Place chopped ingredients into 13 x 9 baking dish. Add stock, butter, and water. Sprinkle with garlic salt if desired.

  3. Bake on 400 degrees for 35 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through.

  4. Cooking time depends on size of pieces.
