Chicken pot pie with out the crust

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pot Pie Stoup

16 oz (raw) Chicken
1 tbsp chopped Shallots
4 clove Garlic
1 tbsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
3 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium Turnips
2 medium Turnips
8 oz Frozen 4-Way Mixed Vegetables
0.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
12 oz Fresh Frozen Broccoli Cuts

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pot Pie Stoup

Brown Chicken Breasts in olive oil. add to crock pot. add chopped shallot, garlic and turnips, 2.5 cups of broth, and thyme. cook low for 7 hours. Remove chicken and trun to high for 30 minutes and add frozen vegetables, flour (mixed with .5 cup of broth). cube or shred chicken and add back into crock pot. serve with a salad.
