Homeade Chicken Pot Pie with 2 crusts

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pot Pie, Robin's

1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
0.5 cup 100% Liquid Egg Whites
2/3 cup Frozen Sweet Peas
0.66 cup slices Carrots
2 stalks Celery
0.5 cup Onions
2 clove Garlic
1 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
12 tbsp Butter
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Marjoram, Dried
1 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
1 serving Vegetable Bouillon

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pot Pie, Robin's

Cut cold butter into flour, add egg and 4 T ice water (a litte more if needed) mix until pulls together, divide in 2 balls, chill 20 min. roll out into 2 crusts - top and bottom. Simmer chopped up chicken in a little oil with onion, celery, garlic and carrots and peas and spices. simmer 1 cube no salt veggie boullion with 1.5 C water. Add 2 T flour to vegetable mixture and slowly add broth. Pour into bottom crust, add top crust and make slits in top. Bake at 350 for 35-40 min.
