Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pot Pie

12 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 crust Pillsbury Pie Crusts All Ready Rolled
24 oz Steamfresh Mixed Vegetables
0.67 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.5 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
3.5 cup Chicken Broth
3 oz Gravy, Brown, Dry
1 box Stuffing Mix
0.33 cup, chopped Onions
2 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Saute onion, butter and flour. Add broth and milk,,stir and add gravy packets( mixed with 1/4c water each) Steam veggies for 5 min. and add to gravy mixture. I do add some pepper and nutmeg. Prepare stuffing or use leftover...pat into 9x13" pan.

  2. * use left over chicken or turkey. If dont have,,boil 3 breasts in broth til able to shred or cube. Add to gravy and vegetables.

  3. Pour mixture over stuffing. Roll or stretch prepared crust over top. If desire, brush with egg white. Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 min.
