Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pot Pie

1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup Cream of Chicken Soup
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart
1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
1 serving Plus Omega-3 Dha Soymilk
3 cubic inch Feta Cheese
1 1/2 cup Vegetables, Mixed

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Save 1/3 cup soy milk for the Bisquick.

  2. Cook the chicken in the oven, foil wrapped, 45 minutes at 450. Boil the potato until soft.

  3. Mix the vegetables, cream of chicken, onion powders, feta cheese, soy milk, chopped chicken, and chopped potato. Cook for 20 minutes at 450.

  4. Place the mixed Bisquick dough over the chicken pot pie mix, and cook for an additional 10 minutes (or until golden on top) at 450.
