Yummy Chicken Pot Pie, very easy!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pot Pie

2 Serving Chicken
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Carrots
2 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.25 cup Butter
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup mix Bisquick Original
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pot Pie

  1. 1. Boil chicken breasts and shred into bite sized chunks

  2. 2. Heat oil in frying pan, add chopped celery, onion, and carrots. Fry until starts to turn golden.

  3. Make Roux in sauce pan by combining flour and butter, heat.

  4. Add all of above ingredients into large sauce pan (except roux) bring to a boil then add roux to thicken. Put in 2qt baking dish.

  5. Make bisquick by combining mix and milk, kneed 10 times and roll out to 1/4 inch thick. Cut to fit your dish and place on top of filling.

  6. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 min.
