Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pot Pie

1 cup heart smart bisquick
1/2 cup 1% milk
1/4 egg whites
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups chicken
10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Spray an 8-inch square pan with Pam.

  3. Mix together vegetables, chicken, and soup.

  4. Pour into prepared pan.

  5. In another bowl, mix Bisquick, milk and egg.

  6. Pour over the top of chicken mixture.

  7. Bake for about 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
