Lowe calorie version of chicken pot pie. You can use any seasonings. I marinate my chicken overnight ahead of time in order to make sure it's tender. I also use garlic and shallots.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pot Pie

2 chicken breast
1/4 cup flour
2 1/4 cup skim milk
3 carrots
1 cup peas
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cup bisquick

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Cut chicken into half inch pieces, cook for 3-6 minutes in 1 tsp of oil

  2. Remove from pan, with juices. To pan add shallot and carrots. Cook till tender. Add garlic and seasonings.

  3. Add 1 1/2 cup of milk. Add flour (mixed in broth) and cook till thickened slightly. Approx 5-10 mninutes.

  4. Make biscuits from bisquick and remaining milk. Cut out.

  5. Pour pie filling into casserole. Cook at 375 for 10 minutes.

  6. Top with biscuits. Cook for an additional 15.
