no skin, meat is trimmed. can omit bottom crust to save calories

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken pot pie

2 cups chicken leg
2 cups chicken breast
3 cups milk
1 1/2 lb frozen vegetables
2 pie crusts

Recipe Directions for Chicken pot pie

  1. chop chicken

  2. mixed with white sauce mix (add 2 cups milk)

  3. add frozen vegetables

  4. heat in microwave till hot

  5. line 9 X13 casseroled dish with crust in bottom (not sides)

  6. Top with second crust

  7. bake 350 ~45 min
