Recipe adapted from Family Favorites PHBC cookbook

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pot Pie

3 cups chicken breast, cooked and diced
2 cups chicken stock
10 3/4 ounce cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup 2% milk
1 tbsp vinegar
14 ounce frozen mixed vegetables

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pot Pie

In small saucepan, combine soup and stock. Cook until soup comes to a boil. Spread chicken on the bottom of a 13 x 9 baking pan. Top with frozen veggies. Pour sauce onto veggies and chicken. Combine metled butter, pepper, flour, and milk mixed with vinegar and stir to form batter. Spread batter evenly onto the sauce, chicken, and vegetables. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
