A quick and easy version of a home made pot pie.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pot Pie

2 frozen pie crust
1/2 lb. frozen vegetables
1 chicken breast
1 can mushroom soup

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pot Pie

Let pie crust sit out for about 20 minutes to thaw. Line a pie plate with one crust. Mix the frozen vegetables, the soup and the cooked, cubed chicken together in a separate bowl. Then pour this mixture into the pie crust. Top with the other crust and put 4 to 5 slits in the top. Cook at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
