Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pot Pie

1 can cream of celery soup
3 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup 1% milk
1/2 c butter, melted

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pot Pie

  1. for crust: mix flour, baking powder, and pepper. Pour in melted butter and milk and mix to create batter.

  2. for chicken mixture: mix soup (condensed), and chicken broth (mix with whisk). add frozen mixed veggies and chicken.

  3. Pour batter mixture over chicken mixture. Bake at 375 for 40-45 min. (crust will be light and crispy)
