A quick and easy chicken pot pie recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pot Pie

2 pillsbury pie crusts
2 cups cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
32 ounce mixed vegetables
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, mixed vegetables (drained), and pepper in a bowl.

  3. Line a greased, round casserole dish with one pie crust. Top with chicken mixture. Cover with remaining pie crust; folding edges to make a crust.

  4. Use a fork to make some holes in the top.

  5. Bake, uncovered, for 30-45 minutes or until pie crust is lightly browned.
