Recipe Ingredients for chicken pot pie

1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
4 tbsp light sour cream
1 cup skim milk
7 1/2 ounces potatoes
1 1/2 ounces carrots
2 ounces celery
3 cloves garlic
4 1/2 ounces green peas
4 1/2 ounces corn
4 1/2 ounces green beans
8 ounces chicken breast

Recipe Directions for chicken pot pie

  1. sautae all veggies till tender

  2. add chicken

  3. mix 2 tbs flour with water to make thin paste

  4. add to veggies and chicken

  5. add water to make gravy

  6. pour into baking dish set aside

  7. mix biscuits

  8. top stew

  9. bake at 350 till biscuits are golden

  10. approx 30 minutes
