Chicken and Pot Pie Noodles with potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pot Pie (Pennsylvania Dutch)

3 1/4 lbs chicken
2 potatoes
12 cups egg noodles

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pot Pie (Pennsylvania Dutch)

  1. Boil whole Chicken with onion powder, poultry seasoning, celery salt, and pepper to taste with water to just cover top of chicken in large stock pot.

  2. Cool and pick chicken and place in water used to boil chicken.

  3. Add chicken base to flavor water to taste.

  4. Peel and dice potatoes and add to chicken and base.

  5. Slowly add 2 packages Pennsylvania Dutch Pot Pie noodles.

  6. Slowly simmer pot pie until noodles and potatoes are done and desired amount of juices remain.

  7. Enjoy!
