Easy low fat chicken pot pie recipe. Can reduce calories and fat further by substituting the cream of chicken soup with 98% reduced fat cream of chicken soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken pot pie (home made)

1 carrot
2 small yukon gold potatoes
4 ounces chicken breast
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup corn
3 pillsbury reduced fat crescent rolls

Recipe Directions for Chicken pot pie (home made)

Dice carrot and potatoes, boil until al dente. Combine carrots, potatoes, chicken, cream of chicken soup, peas and corn in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide in to three equal portions and place in oven safe dish. Top each with one section of uncooked crescent roll. Bake at 350 until mixture is heated through and roll on top is golden brown.
