Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pot pie filling

2 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
0.33 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
0.5 small Onions
1 medium Mushrooms
3 tsp Garlic
1.75 cup Chicken Broth
0.66 serving 2% Reduced Fat Milk
12 oz Mixed Vegetables

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pot pie filling

Heat butter, saute onion mush, salt and pepper - adding flour once clear. Heat til bubbly. Remove from heat and add broth and milk. Return to heat until boiling. Stir in veggies and cubed chicken.
