Chicken Pot Pie with biscuits, made with extra veggies and less starch (no rice)

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pot Pie w/ extra veggies

2 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup water
2/3 cup peas
2/3 cup carrots
3/4 cup zucchini
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
8 Grands biscuits

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pot Pie w/ extra veggies

  1. Cube chicken and cook with garlic and olive oil.

  2. Add all other ingredients (except biscuits)

  3. Bring to a boil

  4. Add to greased baking dish.

  5. Top with biscuits and bake for 15 minutes.
