Recipe Ingredients for Chicken pot pie cups

3 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
1 serving Vegetable Condensed Soup
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
5 tbsp Light Soft Spread
0.33 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Chicken pot pie cups

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees

  2. mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together.

  3. cut margarine ( or butter) into flour mixture.

  4. beat egg into heavy cream ( or milk) then add to flour

  5. Cook roughly 3 frozen chicken tenders do not salt.

  6. chop tenders to yield 1 cup chicken

  7. mix vegetable soup ( or chicken soup for more intense chicken flavor) with chicken.

  8. Spray muffin tin with non stick cooking spray

  9. mold biscuit mix into muffin tins

  10. spoon chicken mix into muffin tins

  11. cook for 10-15 minutes until golden brown
