2 small potatoes
1 cup peas
1 1/2 cups carrots
1 cup flour
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups chicken
3/4 cup cornmeal
3/4 cup skim milk
1 egg

  1. saute onions in butter and oil

  2. add flour and chicken broth

  3. add vegetables and chicken

  4. bake 375 for 22-25 minutes
