Easy Chicken and Vegetable casserole meal

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pot Casserole

10 ounces chicken breast, can
8 medium potatoes, chopped
8 ounces carrots, chopped
4 ounces mushrooms, chopped
2 cup peas, frozen
2 cup corn, frozen
1 small onion, chopped
4 cups chicken gravy
3 cups Jiffy corn muffin mix (2 boxes)

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pot Casserole

  1. Boil together vegetables (not mushrooms) until tender

  2. drain water from vegetables, saving 2 cups that is added back

  3. Mix in chicken pieces, mushrooms, and chicken gravy

  4. Pour in 9x13 pan

  5. In separate bowl mix corn mix according to box.

  6. Pour mix on top of vegetables and bake until corn bread is throughly baked ~30mins at 375 degrees
