Chicken, Cream Cheese, and Crescent Rolls

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pockets

1 lb chicken
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic
1/8 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp sage
8 oz cream cheese
8 pillsbury crescent roll

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pockets

  1. Cover chicken with water and add pepper, garlic, thyme, and sage to taste.

  2. Let boil for 45 minutes (less for thawed chicken)

  3. Mix chicken with cream cheese thoroughly

  4. Create 4 rectangles from crescent roll dough

  5. Separate chicken mixture into 4 portions and wrap each portion completely with a crescent roll rectangle

  6. bake at 350 until brown
