Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pockets

8 ounces fat free cream cheese
1/4 cup green onions
3 cups chicken breast
1 slice whole wheat bread
1 tbl yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup cold water
1 tsp salt
2 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups white flour

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pockets

Combine cream cheese, onion, and chicken. Put slice of Bread in a food processor, with some spices. In seperate mixing bowl, mix yeast in water and let sit for 5 minutes. Microwave the milk then add the margarine to it. Pour milk mixture into yeast in mixing bowl. (make sure milk isn't too hot before you add it) Add sugar, eggs, salt, cold water and combine. Using dough hook add flour 1 cup at a time. Place into 2 greased bowls. Cover and raise until doubled. After risen, roll out each into large circle. Cut into 6 slices each. Place chicken mixture into the large end of each roll (pizza shape). Then roll them starting from the large end and pinch edges together tightly. Press the bread crumbs onto the tops of each roll. Place 12 of the pockets into a pan and cover and let raise. Place the other 12 into a freezer bag and freeze. When serving Heat cream soup with enough milk to make a gravy to desired consistency.
