Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pockets

500 g ground chicken
200 g Whole Wheat Bread Dough
2 onion
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 T Taco Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pockets

  1. Chop onions and peppers into small pieces.

  2. Place onions and seasoning into a pan with a enough water to cover. Heat until onions are transparent.

  3. Add meat and brown. Then add peppers. Cool

  4. Divide dough into four pieces. Roll out and fill each piece with meat mixture. Fold up corners to middle, sealing to form an enclosed envelope with several small openings along edges.

  5. Bake at 350 F for ~30 - 45 minutes, until top is nicely browned.
