Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pocket

2 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
4 serving Green Onions
20 biscuits Biscuits Flaky Layer
10 oz Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pocket

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Mix the first three ingredients in a medium bowl

  3. Lay out half the biscuits on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Lightly flatten the biscuits with the palm of your hand.

  4. Equally divide the chicken mixture on the 10 biscuits. Flatten remaining biscuits and place over biscuits topped with filling. Seal edges by pinching.

  5. Bake for 20 min or until biscuits are golden brown

  6. Meanwhile, prepare sauce by mixing the soup and water. Heat in saucepan on the stove until thoroughly heated or cooked in the microwave for 2 1/2 min on high, stirring halfway through cooking time. Serve over each pocket.
