Recipe Ingredients for Chicken with Poblano Cream Sauce

2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1/2 cup, chopped or diced Peppers, Hot Chili, Green
0.75 cup Cream, Fluid, Half And Half
0.5 small Onions
1 clove(3 g) Garlic
1 tsp Salt, Table
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Chicken with Poblano Cream Sauce

  1. Roast poblano pepper over open flame until skin blisters. Wrap in paper towel and let steam for 5 minutes.

  2. Chop pepper and sautee in oil with chopped onion and garlic. Add half & half, let reduce for about 5 minutes. Pour sauce into blender, blend.

  3. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Add oil and sautee in pan until chicken is cooked. Serve with sauce.
