1 serving 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar
4 oz(112 g) Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
4 tbsp Fat Free Ranch Dressing
6 leaves Romaine Lettuce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pita Sandwhich

Divide pita into two parts. Fill with chicken breast (can warm-up) and other indgredients. I prefer to use half the dressing recommended to save about 50 calories.
