Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pita Pizza

1/2 chicken breast
1 whole wheat pita
2 tbsp pizza sauce
2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pita Pizza

Arrange pita bread on cookie sheet. Spread 2 Tbsp of pizza sauce on pita. Add strips of chicken breast (Perdue Short Cuts Carved Chicken Breast, Grilled, Italian Style) and sprinkle with cheese. Place in preheated broiler 3 inches from heat source for 2 minutes or until hot and cheese is golden and melted.
