Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pita Pizza

1 whole-wheat pita
1/4 cup pizza sauce, low-fat
1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1 slice red onion, diced
1/4 small zucchini, sliced
1/4 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pita Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.

  2. Place pita on baking sheet. spoon pizza sauce evenly over pita.

  3. top with sliced or chopped chicken, mushrooms, onion, zucchini and mozzarella cheese.

  4. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese has melted.

  5. Slice, serve and enjoy!
