Spicy chicken to serve over rice, or just on it's own! Surprisingly awesome :D

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pierre

3 breast chicken
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp butter
14 1/2 oz tomatoes
2 cups water
2 tbsp brown sugar (skip if tomatoes are stewed)
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp cayenne powder
1 clove garlic, minced (or 1 tsp pre-minced)
1/8 tsp hot sauce (optional)

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pierre

  1. Combine flour and 1/2 tsp salt. Cut chicken breasts into chunks and coat with mixture. Melt butter in pan over medium heat, and brown chicken. Remove from heat.

  2. Combine all other ingredients in the same pan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, return chicken. Cover and simmer 35-40 min or until tender and fully cooked.
