Chicken Piccatta served over pasta with mushrooms & green beans

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Piccatta

1/2 pound Pasta
200 grams Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1/2 cup Flour
1 (large) Egg
3/4 cup Bread Crumbs
4 tbsp. Olive Oil
3 tbsp. Butter
1/3 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Dry White Wine
2 cups Sliced Mushrooms
2 cup Green Beans

Recipe Directions for Chicken Piccatta

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Cook pasta

  3. Coat chicken in flour, egg & breadcrumbs

  4. Cook coated chicken in oil for 2 minutes on each side

  5. Bake 5-10 minutes while making sauce.

  6. Sautee mushrooms in small pan - set aside

  7. Wipe out pan with paper towel

  8. Melt 1 tbsp. butter over medium heat

  9. Add lemon juice & wine - salt & pepper to taste

  10. Boil 2 minutes

  11. Remove from heat and add 2 tbsp. butter - stir

  12. Place chicken on top of pasta

  13. Spoon sauce & mushrooms over chicken
