Modified from Betty Crocker's Quick & Easy Cookbook

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Piccata

1 lb fresh boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp capers

Recipe Directions for Chicken Piccata

  1. Coat chicken with flour, shaking off oxcess.

  2. In a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken & garlin in oil 14 to 20 minutes, turning chicken once, until done.

  3. Add wine & lemon juice, sprinkle with pepper. Heat until hot. Sprinkle with capers.
