Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Piccata

8 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1/2 cup Organic Chicken Broth
1 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons
2 tbsp, drained Capers, Canned
1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin

Recipe Directions for Chicken Piccata

Flour chicken, cook in butter and garlic for 5 min each side. Add broth, lemon juice and capers. Heat till hot.
