Recipe Ingredients for chicken phillies

12 oz (raw) Chicken
2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.5 oz Sherry
4 slice (1 oz) Provolone Cheese

Recipe Directions for chicken phillies

Slice peppers, mushrooms and onions thin. Saute in oil. Slice chicken thin, saute in oil. Toss a tbsp or less of sherry into peppers, etc. Mix together, place cheese on top.
