Very good, strong Italian flavoring, onions were awesome!!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken with Peppers and Onions

2 pound chicken, cut up & skinned, boneless
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 medium green peppers
2 medium onions
4 oz. mushrooms
2 oz. spaghetti sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken with Peppers and Onions

Heat oven to 375 deg. Remove excess fat from chicken. Place chicken, meaty sides up, in rectangular pan, 13x9x2. sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt & pepper. Mix remaining ingredients; spread over chicken. Cover & bake 30 min. Sppon sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered, spooning sauce over chicken occasionally, until thickest pieces are done, about 45 min. longer.
