100 g red pepper
100 g mushroom
80 g shallots
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp tarragon

  1. Grill chicken till done

  2. chop peppers into chunks

  3. chop shallots

  4. chop mushrooms

  5. fry till soft

  6. sprinkle tarragon once soft

  7. serve hot
