Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Pepper Saute

24 oz Chicken

1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
8 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Pepper Saute

Saute chicken pieces in olive oil til brown on one side. Turn and add peppers, onion, garlic and a bit of grated fresh ginger. When vegetables are cooked, add chicken broth to pan and sear briefly to get drippings up. Sprinkle cinnamon and cumin and mix in. At the very end add the yogurt and stir to make a sauce.
