Recipe Directions for chicken pepper saute

Brown 1 lb diced chicken until brown. Add 1 med chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 8 oz. sliced mushrooms, 1 15oz. canned diced tomatoes. 2 bell peppers (red, green or yellow) 1 c. swanson chicken broth. Cook together until chicken is tender. Serve over rice or quinoa.
