1 whole wheat tortilla
1 tablespoon salsa
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 laughing cow cheese wedge
1/3 cup chicken
1/3 cup red peppers
2 tablespoons red onion
1/2 teaspoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken, Pepper and Onion Wrap

Saute chicken, red bell pepper, and onion in oil. Mix in salsa and hot sauce. Spread cheese on tortilla and top with chicken mixture. Fold up tortilla and grill if desired.
