Chicken broiled for a sandwich! It's pretty self explanatory.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken with pepper flakes sandwich

1 chicken breast
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp italian herb seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 dash salt
1 leaf romaine lettuce
2 slices wheat bread

Recipe Directions for Chicken with pepper flakes sandwich

  1. Season chicken breast to personal taste.

  2. Bake or broil! I chose to broil mine, took about 15-20 minutes. Flip half way through the time and after 15 minutes check the center of one.

  3. Toast you bread and assemble lettuce and shred your chicken if you'd like! Place it all together and add a drizzle of olive oil and you're done!
