Recipe Ingredients for chicken penne

4 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup slices Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 Serving Penne
0.5 cup Onions
1 clove Garlic
4 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Tuscany
0.75 cup Soup, Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for chicken penne

  1. 1. boil water to cook pasta

  2. 2. brown sliced onions and sliced garlic for about 5 min

  3. 3. add zucchini and mushrooms and 1/2 tsp of crushed red peppers, 1/2 tsp of dried oregano and salt and pepper to taste. cook for about 5 min or till zucchini is cooked

  4. 4. add broth and cooked sliced chicken breasts and simmer and stir till broth is almost gone.

  5. 5. serve over pasta.
