Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Penne Pasta

Penne Dry
Boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
Onions
Garlic, Minced
Diced Tomatoes with Basil Garlic and Oregano
Broccoli, Flower Clusters
Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Penne Pasta

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain Return to saucepan; keep warm.

  2. Meanwhile, cook chicken in large skillet. Add onion; cook and stir over medium high heat until sausage is cooked through. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes and broccoli. Cover; cook 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender.

  3. Add mixture to pasta; toss well. Sprinkle with cheese.
